Our office finally pitched in and purchased this maker, after years of going through leaky household-type makers. We used to run two makers all day long - probably eight pots per day each. Our new Bunn is faster and can keep up with our demand. Be aware that this Bunn VLPF does NOT include the two decanters pictured. Only when the box arrived, did the outside of the box mention “decanters not included.” We’ve been using it for over a week now and so-far-so-good. I also purchased the extra 3-year warranty, just in case.

      The coffee seems smooth and was much appreciated, but in my opinion, there are two major flaws. First water flows into a stream, instead of multiple spray heads and all the flavor does not come out because a small portion of coffee is used.
